As a Store Leader (Manager) Trainee at 7-Eleven, you will embark on a transformative journey designed to develop your leadership skills and operational expertise. Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention and employee productivity
- Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for operational changes
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Maintain a clean, safe environment through compliance with health and sanitation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license and maintained automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
