Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program
- Demonstrated ability maintaining a clean, safe environment complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance as required

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees

- Execute merchandising and marketing programs

- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- Ensure a clean, safe store environment compliant with health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
