Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
- ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- demonstrated ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
- capability to maintain a clean safe environment complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- proficiency with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
- maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging employee productivity
- oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- use P&L and store reports to drive store performance improvements
- manage cash handling fuel transactions and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- maintain a clean and safe store environment complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- ensure all products are in-stock and store is presentable
