The role of Store Leader (Manager) Trainee at 7-Eleven represents an exciting opportunity to join this industry-leading organization in a full-time capacity. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring the store is well-stocked.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or retail management experience preferred
