Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees
- Desire to maintain high employee retention
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Ability to read and utilize P&L and store reports
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment by following health and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and current automotive liability insurance
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and all products are in stock by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication and proficient computer knowledge
