Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees
  • Desire to maintain high employee retention
  • Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Ability to read and utilize P&L and store reports
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment by following health and sanitation guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and current automotive liability insurance

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching for all store employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and all products are in stock by complying with health and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication and proficient computer knowledge
