Delivery Drivers will also assist in supporting store operations by managing inventory, facilitating order dispatch, and maintaining delivery logs and vehicle upkeep, making this a comprehensive role within the company.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous delivery driving experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending reaching and standing for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using GPS or maps
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Commitment to safety and following traffic laws

Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs bend reach up to 8 feet and stand or walk for extended periods
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately
Strong communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries
Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly professional service during each delivery
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory
Follow all safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks such as tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards delivering customer service including order dispatch managing inbound and outbound shipments and stocking shelves as needed
