The Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) position at the 7-Eleven store located at 6317 Milwaukee Avenue, Lubbock, Texas, plays a vital role in supporting restaurant operations and leadership. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy being part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. This role involves monitoring and maintaining the restaurant’s condition to comply with company policies, procedures, and local Health Department Standards. The Assistant Restaurant Leader ensures proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products. Additionally, this position requires the ability to analyze P&L reports and store data to implement changes that enhance business performance. Proficiency in reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions, as well as strong computer skills with a preference for Microsoft Word and Excel, are important for success in this role.

Candidates for this position typically hold a high school diploma or GED, although this is flexible for those with at least one year of restaurant management experience. Physical requirements include the ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
