Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies procedures and Health Department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparations presentation and freshness of foodservice products
- Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

- Use profit and loss and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations
- Assist in scheduling staffing and managing inventory levels
