Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies procedures and Health Department standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparations presentation and freshness of foodservice products
  • Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Assist in scheduling staffing and managing inventory levels
