The Store Crew role at 7-Eleven is an entry-level position designed to suit various lifestyles with flexible scheduling options. This role involves key responsibilities such as cash handling, processing fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking merchandise, and, for some foodservice positions, food preparation and safety compliance. The position is excellent for those new to retail or foodservice, as prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training programs are provided to set new hires up for success.
