Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies procedures and health standards
- Capability to maintain foodservice product quality and freshness
- Ability to utilize P&L and store reports to implement changes
- Proficient in reading and interpreting operating manuals
- Strong computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred not required with experience
- Ability to multi-task perform bending standing reaching and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to provide leadership and training to a team
- Knowledge of health department standards and compliance
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with management experience
- Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
- Maintain proper preparations presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change and improve store performance
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to achieve set goals
- Support the Restaurant Leader in fostering a positive team environment
