Job Requirements

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies procedures and health standards
Capability to maintain foodservice product quality and freshness
Ability to utilize P&L and store reports to implement changes
Proficient in reading and interpreting operating manuals
Strong computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
High school diploma or GED preferred not required with experience
Ability to multi-task perform bending standing reaching and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
Ability to provide leadership and training to a team
Knowledge of health department standards and compliance
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with management experience
Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
Maintain proper preparations presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
Use P&L and store reports to affect change and improve store performance
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to achieve set goals
Support the Restaurant Leader in fostering a positive team environment
