Job Requirements
- Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Ability to perform food preparation and coffee making tasks
- Excellence in cash handling and fuel transaction processing
- Ability to follow health code guidelines
- Capacity to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety and health code compliance is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions including sales and fuel purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Stock shelves and organize inventory levels
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following health code guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and promote the store's loyalty rewards program
- Assist in managing fuel transactions efficiently
- Perform tasks involving multi-tasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
