Job Requirements

- Excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions
- Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
- Ability to multitask and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, foodservice, or cashiering is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to follow health code and safety standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Handle cash registers and process customer transactions accurately
- Manage fuel sales and ensure safe handling of fuel transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves
- Prepare and present food items following health and safety guidelines
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service creating a welcoming store environment
- Promote 7-Eleven's rewards loyalty program to customers
- Perform multitasking activities including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
