Job Requirements

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment
Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
Adherence to health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge of cash handling procedures
Understanding of health and safety standards in a foodservice environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
Maintain a clean and safe environment ensuring the store is always customer ready
Prepare and present foodservice products ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness
Follow proper health code guidelines at all times
Handle cash accurately and perform cashier duties
Use suggestive selling techniques to promote products and loyalty rewards programs
Multi-task effectively while performing physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
