Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ability to maintain food preparation and presentation quality
  • Competency in interpreting operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to perform multitasking, bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to provide leadership and training to restaurant staff
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong multitasking and physical ability to handle job demands

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor and maintain food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage restaurant condition and operations
  • Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, and occasional lifting
