Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
Ability to maintain food preparation and presentation quality
Competency in interpreting operating and maintenance instructions
Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
Physical ability to perform multitasking, bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
Ability to provide leadership and training to restaurant staff
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
Strong multitasking and physical ability to handle job demands

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
Monitor and maintain food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Manage restaurant condition and operations
Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, and occasional lifting
