Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to maintain food preparation and presentation quality
- Competency in interpreting operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform multitasking, bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to provide leadership and training to restaurant staff
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong multitasking and physical ability to handle job demands
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and maintain food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage restaurant condition and operations
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, and occasional lifting
