Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Ability to understand and follow company policies and health and safety regulations
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Effective communication and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
Strong leadership and communication skills
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge of health and safety standards in restaurant operations

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
Monitor and maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Use profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to implement operational changes
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and team management
