Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and health and safety regulations
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Effective communication and team management abilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and team management
