Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Effective communication and team management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor and maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and team management
