Job Requirements
- Ability to handle cash and fuel transactions
- commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and safety
- adherence to food preparation and health code guidelines
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- availability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to customer satisfaction
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- process fuel purchases following company procedures
- stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat
- clean store areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- prepare food items in compliance with health and safety standards
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- promote the company’s rewards loyalty program
