This role offers an opportunity to grow your career while engaging in important operational tasks centered on maintaining an impeccable store environment. The position is responsible for floor care and general cleanliness throughout the store. This includes operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. The associate will also maintain organizational and recovery standards for every part of the store including the sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms.

Besides custodial duties, the role requires adherence to all operational, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention policies. Cross-training is an essential part of the job, enabling associates to support multiple areas of the store including the front end, backroom, and sales floor. This versatility helps meet the dynamic needs of the business and supports overall store success.

Associates in this role are expected to embody customer service excellence by modeling established customer interaction practices with both internal and external customers. They actively participate in maintaining a safe environment and respond swiftly to changes or unexpected situations. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and supervisors are important aspects of this position.

The job provides a competitive starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
