Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
- dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows
- maintain cleanliness and organizational standards for the entire store including sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- adhere to all health and safety policies including refilling essential items in lounges, restrooms and front end
- cross-train and provide support in other store areas such as backroom, front end and sales floor
- respond to front end coverage needs as required
- uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- participate in store recovery throughout the day
- adhere to operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction
- communicate effectively with management and associates
- comply with all labor laws and associate meal and break period policies
- promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- perform other duties as assigned
