This role at Marshalls is focused on maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with a primary emphasis on floor care. The position involves operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing routine cleaning tasks like dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role requires adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring the store meets company quality and safety expectations. Employees in this position are also cross-trained to work in various areas of the store, supporting the business flexibly as needed.

The starting pay range for this role is $17.73 to $18.23 per hour, determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
