This role is based at the HomeGoods Store located in Albuquerque, NM, and offers an opportunity to become an integral part of the TJX retail family. This position focuses on maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment with particular attention to floor care. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for the operation of cleaning equipment including scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing duties such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to the company’s operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential to delivering a positive customer experience.

The role demands flexibility and a willingness to be cross-trained in various store functions including the backroom, front end, and sales floor, enabling you to support the store’s changing needs effectively.
