Job Duties
- Operate floor care equipment including scrubber and buffer
- perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- spot clean glass and windows
- maintain cleanliness and organizational standards across sales floor, front end, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
- adhere to health and safety policies including replenishment of essential items
- cross-trained to support backroom, front end, and sales floor operations
- support front end coverage needs
- uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- participate in store recovery activities
- follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrink
- communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates
- comply with labor laws and company policies including break periods
- promote safety awareness and maintain a safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
