This particular role is based at the USA HomeGoods Store located in Maple Grove, MN. The position available is a critical part of the store operations, focusing predominantly on maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment with an emphasis on floor care. The role involves operating floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers and performing various cleaning duties like dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The employee in this position plays an essential role in upholding store cleanliness and organizational standards, which contribute directly to the customer experience and overall store performance.

The job requires the individual to be cross-trained in multiple areas within the store, including supporting front-end operations, backroom activities, and sales floor tasks.
