Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- able to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- capability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to handle FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to operate tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and ladders
- willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations

- 6-12 months retail experience

- working knowledge of merchandising expectations

- basic math skills for recipe conversions

Job Duties
- Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specifications and recipes
- forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough
- monitors cooking completion times and adjusts heat and humidity settings
- checks product to ensure it meets quality standards
- completes temperature, sweep, and sanitation logs
- arrives on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows and enforces compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards and violations promptly
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
