The Seasonal Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health presents a unique opportunity to join a highly respected retail healthcare company during its peak summer season. This limited-time, part-time role supports increased business and tourism activity through Labor Day. As a Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you will be at the forefront of impacting customer experiences by providing friendly, compassionate, and attentive service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, assisting them with locating products, and managing transactions smoothly and accurately at the cashier station. You will also maintain the sales floor’s presentation by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and handling inventory tasks to ensure the store is welcoming and well-organized. Additionally, you may support store opening and closing activities, ensuring operational readiness.

An important aspect of this role is cross-departmental collaboration, including assisting pharmacy personnel and supporting services such as photo and beauty departments to maintain their operation and availability. You will also be asked to embrace and advocate for CVS Health’s new services and loyalty programs designed to enhance customer engagement and support their health journey. This position typically involves working 29 hours per week and offers competitive pay ranging between $15.00 and $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
