- Ability to lift carry move or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs and reach above head height frequently

Job Duties
- Engage customers with friendly efficient service
- Seamlessly transition between checkout stocking and specialized areas like bakery or produce
- Meet productivity goals by working with urgency following Lidl's processes including pallet-to-shelf stocking
- Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing
- Maintain store cleanliness standards across all areas including sales floor restrooms warehouse and parking lot
- Operate register quickly and accurately including memorizing produce price lookup codes
- Handle customer inquiries process returns and resolve or escalate issues professionally
- Assist in inventory accuracy and stock-loss control by following inventory measures
- Ensure safety by adhering to all procedures and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with team to complete daily tasks ensuring smooth store operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
