As a Level 1 Store Associate, you will play a critical role in representing In-N-Out Burger’s standards of quality and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include taking great care of customers by providing genuine, friendly service that anticipates customer needs, efficiently handling orders and payments at the register or drive-through, and ensuring food and drink orders meet quality standards before service. The role also involves preparing fresh produce, maintaining a clean and spotless store environment including ongoing cleaning during shifts, and actively working as part of a collaborative team. As you gain experience, you will have the chance to learn additional culinary skills such as preparing and cooking food, positioning you for pay raises and further career development.
