Everyone begins at Level 1 Store Associate and receives the necessary training to excel and advance within the company. Responsibilities range from engaging with customers, taking and processing orders, and ensuring the accuracy of food orders to preparing fresh produce under In-N-Out’s strict quality standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning and food preparation tasks
- willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
