Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
Visual acuity for tasks such as reading, computer work and visual inspection of small details
Ability to work part-time approximately 25 hours weekly
Ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
Ability to provide compassionate customer service and effective communication
Experience handling cash transactions accurately
Basic inventory management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including openings and closings
Ability to assist with pharmacy operations as growth opportunity

Job Duties

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting while offering help locating additional items
Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory tasks
Support opening and closing store activities as needed
Provide customer support to departments including photo and beauty while ensuring stocking and operational readiness
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts for growth opportunities
Embrace and advocate for CVS new services and loyalty programs
