Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- close visual acuity to perform tasks such as computer use and visual inspection of small parts
- availability to work part-time hours around 29 per week
- good physical stamina and health to meet job demands
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in retail or customer service setting preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- basic math skills for cashier duties

- attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving potential service issues
- giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping customers locate additional items
- accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies
- maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
- supporting opening and closing store activities as needed
- providing customer support across all departments including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
- assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts as part of career development opportunities
- embracing and promoting new CVS services and loyalty programs
