We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at the Belville location. This role is integral to the overall management and smooth functioning of the store's operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager, helping to oversee daily tasks such as hiring and supervising staff, managing bookkeeping, and merchandising. The position requires a proactive individual who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging work environment, and who is ready to take on responsibilities that contribute to both excellent customer service and strong team leadership. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Push and pull with up to 20 pounds of force
  • Bend at waist with some twisting for up to one hour
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve items
  • Reliable and predictable onsite attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or food service preferred
  • Previous supervisor or management experience is beneficial
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and bookkeeping
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to train and motivate others
