Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Push and pull with up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at waist with some twisting for up to one hour
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve items
- Reliable and predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or food service preferred
- Previous supervisor or management experience is beneficial
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and bookkeeping
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate others
Job Duties
- Assist store manager with stationstore operations
- Help with hiring and supervising staff
- Manage daily tasks including bookkeeping and merchandising
- Maintain high standards of food program and customer service
- Provide predictable onsite attendance
- Lead and motivate team members
- Ensure safety and security in the store
