Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and tools
  • ability to manage functions of customer service and store assistant roles
  • computer literacy or ability to acquire computer skills
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • open availability
  • oral and written communication skills in English
  • ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing
  • Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required
  • ability to operate motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred
  • ability to supervise and train employees
  • proficiency or ability to learn computer skills for reporting and inventory control
  • valid driver's license
  • good communication skills in English
  • knowledge of cash control and employment related forms
  • food safety certification may be required

Job Duties

  • Directly supervises the activities of full-time employees including assistant managers and customer service representatives
  • recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service
  • manages store cleanliness, stock levels, and organization according to company standards
  • schedules employees to meet business needs and maximize customer service
  • promotes safety awareness and trains employees on safety procedures
  • develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints professionally
  • analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
