Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and tools
- ability to manage functions of customer service and store assistant roles
- computer literacy or ability to acquire computer skills
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- open availability
- oral and written communication skills in English
- ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing
- Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required
- ability to operate motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred
- ability to supervise and train employees
- proficiency or ability to learn computer skills for reporting and inventory control
- valid driver's license
- good communication skills in English
- knowledge of cash control and employment related forms
- food safety certification may be required
Job Duties
- Directly supervises the activities of full-time employees including assistant managers and customer service representatives
- recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service
- manages store cleanliness, stock levels, and organization according to company standards
- schedules employees to meet business needs and maximize customer service
- promotes safety awareness and trains employees on safety procedures
- develops positive relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints professionally
- analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits
