Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move objects over 50 pounds
- ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts preferred
- availability to work full-time including mid-shift, closing, and overnight
- willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- adherence to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- commitment to safety standards and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in stocking or warehouse roles advantageous
- ability to operate forklifts and other machinery is a plus
- strong physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including overnight and weekends
Job Duties
- Unload trucks and stock new freight
- spend majority of time in the backroom
- lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds
- operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when necessary
- ensure timely and accurate stocking of merchandise
- maintain a safe and organized work environment
- follow all company policies and procedures
