Job Description

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Adherence to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Capability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Stock and polish all silverware, glassware, plateware, and other service utensils
- Provide backup support in dish room, barista station and/or service bar as directed
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
- Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
- Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
- Transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room
- Maintain each service station throughout the shift, following all zoning and pars
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
