As a retail team member at Phantom Fireworks, your responsibilities include greeting and registering customers before they enter the store, verifying identification, explaining current promotions, and operating the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately. You will play an important role in maintaining store organization by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and keeping the sales floor tidy. Additional duties involve assisting with unloading delivery trucks, inventory counting, and organizing warehouse or storage areas. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move boxes, so physical stamina is necessary.
