This role is perfect for friendly, reliable individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to all new team members. The job involves a diverse range of responsibilities including customer registration, transaction processing, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance. You will be the frontline ambassador of the company, helping customers understand sales promotions, store policies, and assisting with product selection to enhance their shopping experience.
Team members will also perform important back-of-house duties such as stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with warehouse organization. The position demands physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods and lifting boxes. Working hours are seasonal, aligned with peak fireworks sales periods. Candidates must be dependable, able to work collaboratively in a team, and capable of passing a background check.

Job Duties
- Register customers prior to entering the store
- Take state IDs and capture customer information
- Explain current sales promotions and store policies
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Scan and process customer transactions accurately
- Take customer payments and issue receipts
- Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
- Retrieve carts as needed
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
- Place products in proper storage areas
- Assist with inventory scanning and counting
- Help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
- Unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
- Identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
