The Stock Personnel role at SNIPES is a part-time, regular position that offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.48. This role is essential in ensuring the store’s stockroom is well-maintained, organized, and safe. The Stock Personnel member is responsible for accurate inventory management, efficient stock handling, and supporting overall store operations to maximize customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include maintaining organized shelves and stockrooms, managing damaged and available stock, arranging merchandise, and adhering to store policies and procedures. The role demands professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to work effectively with management and other store team members. Stock Personnel also play a vital part in maintaining the store’s merchandise standards and operational excellence by regularly monitoring stock levels and contributing to store achievements.
