This position is for a Part Time Regular Stock Personnel role at SNIPES, offering an hourly wage between $15.00 and $16.48. The role centers around maintaining an organized stockroom, ensuring products are easily located, and helping to provide efficient customer service. The Stock Personnel will play a critical role in supporting store operations by ensuring inventory accuracy and store cleanliness. Responsibilities include organizing and tagging merchandise, managing stock levels, and coordinating closely with Store Management and other key internal partners such as Human Resources, District Manager, and Asset Protection. Maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies is essential for this role.

This job is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about sneaker culture and streetwear, with an appreciation for youth culture and community engagement. Candidates will need to be detail-oriented, able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and capable of physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting weights between 15 to 30 pounds. Successful Stock Personnel will contribute directly to the store’s operational success and create a welcoming and efficiently run shopping environment for customers.
