The SNIPES Stock Personnel position is a part-time regular role offering $15.00 to $16.48 per hour. This role is pivotal to ensuring that the store’s stockroom is well-organized, products are easily located, and inventory remains accurate to support efficient customer service. The stock personnel plays a crucial role in maintaining store operations, performing tasks such as organizing shelves, inspecting merchandise for damages, tagging, and signage, and upholding merchandise standards in and around the stockroom. They are expected to work closely with store management and other key departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.

This role includes responsibilities such as meeting company standards for store appearance and product knowledge, adhering to store policies and procedures, and providing weekly updates on stock availability and condition to management. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for long periods during shifts and lifting weights between 15 to 30 pounds. Additionally, they should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented, team-player attitude. Working various shifts including weekends and holidays is also required.
