The Stock Personnel role at SNIPES is a part-time, regular position with an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.48. This role is essential for maintaining the operational flow of the stores by ensuring the stockroom is well-organized, merchandise is accurately inventoried, and products are easily accessible. The Stock Personnel plays a critical role in supporting store achievements by managing inventory efficiently, upholding store standards for presentation and organization, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This position requires close communication with Store and Assistant Managers, as well as understanding and executing store operating procedures and policies. Responsibilities include overseeing the organization of shelves and the stockroom, maintaining merchandise standards, monitoring stock levels and conditions, and contributing to overall store performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to stock management, all while embodying the energetic and youthful spirit of the SNIPES brand. This role demands physical endurance for standing for long periods and the ability to handle lifting between 15 and 30 pounds.
