SNIPES is currently offering a part-time regular position for Stock Personnel, with a competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.15 to $18.87. This role is crucial to the seamless operation of SNIPES stores, focusing on maintaining an organized stockroom, accurate inventory, and efficient merchandise flow. The Stock Personnel supports the store's ability to serve customers effectively by ensuring that products are easy to locate, shelves and stockrooms are well stocked and orderly, and all procedures related to stock management are followed meticulously. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining merchandise standards and stock awareness.

As part of the SNIPES team, the Stock Personnel holds responsibility for contributing to the store's overall achievements by demonstrating professionalism in interactions with coworkers and customers and adhering to company standards in store appearance and operational performance. The role requires effective communication and coordination with store management and assistants to track inventory status weekly, highlight damaged or missing stock, and execute tasks within specified timelines. Maintaining a clean, tagged, and well-organized stockroom environment is essential alongside ensuring that hangers and fixtures are orderly and consolidated.
