Job Duties
- Contribute to store achievements
- demonstrate professionalism with coworkers and customers
- meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and operations
- follow instructions given by management within specified timeline
- communicate weekly about stock availability and damages
- follow store operating procedures and policies
- ensure shelves and stockroom are fully stocked, organized, clean faced, tagged and signed
- maintain merchandise standards around stockroom
- separate and place hangers in correct boxes
- condense styles and ensure fixtures are in one place
- maintain consistent awareness of store stock and merchandise control
