The role of Stock Personnel at SNIPES is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of the stores. As a part-time regular position, this role is vital in ensuring the stock rooms are well-organized and product inventory is accurate. Stock Personnel contribute to the store’s overall performance by providing efficient customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The position requires attention to detail in organizing merchandise, including proper tagging and signing of stock as well as maintaining shelving standards. Stock Personnel must understand and adhere to store operating procedures and policies and effectively communicate stock statuses and issues to management. The role involves working closely with store management, human resources, district managers, and asset protection teams to support various operational goals. This position demands professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, reflecting the skills and responsibilities required.
