We are currently seeking a dedicated Stock Personnel to join our team on a part-time, regular basis, offering competitive hourly pay between $15.00 and $18.00. This role is crucial in maintaining well-organized stockrooms to keep product accessibility and inventory accuracy at optimal levels, enhancing customer service and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing efficient stock handling tasks that ensure the store's merchandise presentation meets company standards for quality and organization. SNIPES values professionalism in its employees and expects stock personnel to demonstrate such conduct when interacting with coworkers, management, and customers alike.

As a stock team member, your role will include adhering to all store operating policies and procedures, maintaining clean and efficient stock spaces, and collaborating with management and other departments to track stock availability, manage damages, and maintain merchandise integrity. The position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to work under supervisor direction within specified timelines, and committed to supporting the store's overall achievement. Candidates must be ready to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays and should possess physical stamina for standing extended periods and lifting merchandise ranging from 15 to 30 pounds.
