Job Requirements
- Completed STNA or home health aide training of at least 75 hours including 16 hours supervised practical training
- good physical health and ability to perform caregiving duties
- documentation of tuberculosis test within six months prior to assignment where required
- compliance with state background screening requirements
- willing to participate in organizational and state-required training
- ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of an STNA or Home Health Aide training program of at least 75 hours including 16 hours of supervised practical training
- prior caregiving experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- dedication to ongoing professional development
- physical ability to perform required tasks safely and effectively
Job Duties
- Provide light housekeeping including organizing laundry and basic cleaning
- assist clients with personal activities such as dressing grooming and meal support
- run errands including grocery shopping and accompany clients to appointments
- maintain accurate records of services provided
- communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
- comply with company policies and training requirements
- ensure client safety and comfort during care
