Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of janitorial kitchen/restaurant experience
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely
- Capacity to operate dishwashing and cleaning machines
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb, and balance during shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and foot motions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of janitorial kitchen/restaurant experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
- Proficient in operating stewarding equipment and using cleaning chemicals
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Strong task completion and independent judgment skills
- Precision in following instructions

- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Minimum age of 18
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchens
- Sanitize stoves/ovens, grills, hoods, steam tables, dishwashing machines, walls, floors in kitchen, dining and restroom areas
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations
- Change oil in deep fryer and clean fryer
- Maintain inventory of supplies needed for stewarding duties and keep all equipment organized
- Operate and maintain dish machines, glass machines, floor scrubbers, and burnishing machines
- Clean floors, mats, and drains using appropriate tools and chemicals
- Remove dirty dishes from cooks’ line and restock with clean dishes
- Report maintenance issues and inform supervisors of faulty or broken equipment
- Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the stewarding position
