As a Stewarding Supervisor at Hilton, you will play an integral role in maintaining the operational excellence behind the scenes that ensures every guest's stay is memorable and seamless. Your leadership extends to team management, where you will handle scheduling, performance coaching, evaluations, and recognize individual and team achievements that foster a motivated work culture. Monitoring performance metrics such as breakage and loss reports, updating operational manuals, and assisting with inventories will also be part of your role to support cost control and process optimization.

The Stewarding Supervisor at Hilton works collaboratively across departments, partnering with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service and provide assistance whenever needed. Compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is a critical aspect of this role, where you will ensure adherence to all standards to safeguard the wellbeing of everyone involved.
