Job Duties
- Leading a diverse team of colleagues
- Supervising the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware
- Attending weekly meetings to ensure accuracy of hotel events
- Auditing kitchen and food & beverage areas throughout the hotel
- Assisting colleagues in day-to-day business operations
- Maintaining operational standards for employee cafeteria
- Keeping kitchen spaces organized and clean
- Helping maintain compliance with Health Department Inspections and Ecosure audits
- Assisting stewarding manager with inventory management
- Acting as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments to ensure food safety protocols
- Working efficiently within a team-oriented environment
- Delivering timely and accurate delivery and replenishment of China, silverware, cookware, and food for event functions
- Adapting to a fast-paced work environment requiring continuous walking and standing
- Working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
