Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of food and beverage experience in a banquet setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Leading a diverse team of colleagues
  • Supervising the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware
  • Attending weekly meetings to ensure accuracy of hotel events
  • Auditing kitchen and food & beverage areas throughout the hotel
  • Assisting colleagues in day-to-day business operations
  • Maintaining operational standards for employee cafeteria
  • Keeping kitchen spaces organized and clean
  • Helping maintain compliance with Health Department Inspections and Ecosure audits
  • Assisting stewarding manager with inventory management
  • Acting as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments to ensure food safety protocols
  • Working efficiently within a team-oriented environment
  • Delivering timely and accurate delivery and replenishment of China, silverware, cookware, and food for event functions
  • Adapting to a fast-paced work environment requiring continuous walking and standing
  • Working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
