Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years supervisory experience in stewarding
- Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Obtain ServSafe Certification within 60 days of employment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to supervise and develop staff
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required
- ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the stewarding department
- Ensure total maintenance and sanitation in all food production and service areas
- Manage night cleaning of the property
- Supervise, develop, train, and coach stewarding staff
- Maintain inventory management and control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
