This franchisee operates independently of Marriott International, Inc., managing all employment policies and practices including hiring, compensation, and benefits. As a full-time, management-level position, the Stewarding Manager role offers a competitive salary range between $50,000 and $55,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and access to the Marriott Explore Travel Program discount.
The Stewarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and maintenance across all food production and service areas within the resort. This includes managing the nightly cleaning of the property and maintaining compliance with safety and health regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience in stewarding, possess strong organizational and inventory management skills, and demonstrate the ability to develop, train, and coach a diverse team. Flexibility is key, as the position requires working AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, fluency in Spanish is considered a plus, and the candidate must obtain the SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card and ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire.

Job Requirements

- Minimum three years supervisory experience in stewarding
