This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The Steward or Dishwasher will play a critical role in ensuring that all dining utensils and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use, enabling smooth and efficient food service for guests. This individual must demonstrate good communication skills and the physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights throughout the day. The role involves constant interaction with customers and team members, requiring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or kitchen stewarding is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
