The role of Steward/Dishwasher at Hilton is much more than maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas — it is about contributing to memorable guest experiences by ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and service readiness behind the scenes. As a Steward/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for keeping all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, impeccably clean and in pristine condition. This role involves scrubbing pots and pans, burnishing silver, and meticulously monitoring stock levels to guarantee that supplies and equipment are always adequately stocked and organized. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety standards
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a team setting

Job Duties
