Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Ensure proper sanitation of dishware and kitchen utensils
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight as needed
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
