The key duties include sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, emptying trash cans, and thoroughly cleaning and detailing various kitchen equipment such as ovens, hood vent systems, carts, and tables. The role requires careful attention to detail, ensuring that walls, table legs, sneeze guards, and cold wells are cleaned and polished regularly, including stainless steel and brass fixtures where applicable. The employee must also keep shelving neat and organized to support the smooth functioning of kitchen operations. This position demands working efficiently and expeditiously to complete all tasks to the restaurant’s standards. Uniforms approved by the company, including name tags and slip-resistant shoes, must be worn at all times. Failure to comply with uniform policy could result in disciplinary actions, including sending the employee home without pay. The Food and Beverage Director holds the authority to assign, add, or modify job duties as needed and implements disciplinary procedures if duties are not completed satisfactorily. Job Requirements

- previous experience in cleaning or kitchen maintenance preferred
